About This Role
Acceso’s team is growing quickly, and we are hiring our first full-time Recruitment Manager to oversee Acceso’s global portfolio of recruitment activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take on a leadership role within Acceso’s HR team and own the vision and strategy for the recruitment function. We are looking for someone with a dual passion for systems and people practices who will prepare our recruitment processes for continued scale and elevate Acceso’s employer brand within our operating countries.

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Strategy: Refine and lead Acceso’s global recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent for roles at all levels of the organization and across all country markets.
- Senior-Level Hiring: Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for management and leadership-level roles.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Define the strategy and lead sourcing and outreach efforts to fill open roles and build Acceso’s long-term candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Identify and implement priority initiatives to ensure all candidates receive exceptional customer service and experience hiring processes that are efficient, effective, and equitable.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective interview plans, develop their hiring abilities, and advise on hiring priorities, strategy, and workforce planning.
- Recruitment Systems: Standardize and improve the efficiency of current recruitment systems and processes. Projects will include:
- Implement a formal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Improve recruitment reporting and analysis practices.
- Recruitment Projects & Programs: We are seeking an experienced project manager to design and roll out the following programs and initiatives:
- Referral Program
- Fellowship Program
- Employer Branding Initiative
- Hiring Manager Training Program
- Recruitment Team Management: As our Recruitment function grows, you may eventually take on people management responsibilities that would include day-to-day supervision, professional development and training opportunities, and performance management for recruitment staff.
- HR Team Support: We are a small team that values collaboration! As a member of our global Human Resources team, you will occasionally consult and contribute to other HR processes and projects in service of our broader team’s objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience. In-house recruitment experience preferred, however candidates with recruitment agency experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to attract, inspire, and align candidates with Acceso’s mission and values.
- Business acumen to effectively represent the work of hiring teams across the organization.
- Fluency in structured and unbiased hiring best practices.
- Role model in customer service and relationship management.
- Systems and data savvy, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and expertise in core recruitment KPIs.
- Strong process design and improvement skills.
- Knowledge of local hiring regulations across LATAM.
- Project & program management expertise.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing demands.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action.
- Language skills: Professional fluency in Spanish and English required. French or Haitian Creole a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience designing and leading trainings for hiring managers.
