About This Role
The Agri Program Intern will contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the program’s agricultural activities, while developing practical skills in agricultural project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of Agri Program activities in the field.
- Participate in data collection (focus groups, plot monitoring, beneficiary surveys, etc.).
- Contribute to the drafting of technical reports and activity summaries with the field team.
- Actively participate in the creation and adaptation of training modules.
- Assist in the organization of training sessions and workshops for producers.
- Support the updating of monitoring tools (Excel spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
- Support the collection and contribute to the analysis of soil samples.
Qualifications
- Graduate student in agronomy, rural development, project management, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word).
- Motivated, independent, and a team player.
- Knowledge of the Haitian rural context is an asset.
