ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in financial operations, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with our finance team, contributing to the success of various projects while developing their skills in a professional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support accounts payable, treasury and receivable Team on Ground in Mauritius.
• Reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents as and when required.
• Assist in recording of transactions recording of transactions in the accounting system.
• Filing of invoices :Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
• Any other such duties assigned by your Manager

Educational Background:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
