AllLife is looking for passionate, talented and highly successful Head of Operations to lead, build and drive a sustainable and scalable operations team and deliver against business strategies, goals and objectives.
We are looking for someone who leads from the front, who is hungry to grow personally and bring a new dynamic to our team, someone who is exceptional at inspiring, growing and delivering through people.
The ideal candidate MUST have had extensive exposure to life insurance, MUST have exposure to running multiple and/or complex operations, as well as be comfortable leading a multichannel environment (Inbound, Outbound, Digital etc.)
This is a senior management role, reporting to the Operations Executive and the role oversees multiple areas of operations including – Retentions, Customer Service, Sales to Existing Customers, Tele Underwriting and Health Monitoring and Management.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Must have 4 - 5 years’ experience in leading highly successful Operations and Sales Teams.
· Must have 2 - 3 years’ experience in multichannel contact centre management.
· Must have 2 - 3 years’ years’ experience in working in highly complex environment or running multiple teams with different disciplines.
· Must have 2 - 3 years’ years’ sound insurance industry knowledge.
· Solid experience in servicing or selling complex underwritten life insurance is preferable.
· Experience in health care monitoring or management an advantage
· Individuals must have a successful and proven track record.
· Computer literate (Strong Excel Skill)
· Tertiary Education Preferable
· FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage
