Account Focus:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your assigned named accounts, including their business models, challenges, and key decision-makers.
  • Create and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within these accounts.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential opportunities within named accounts through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Utilize various channels (email, social media, phone calls) to initiate contact and generate interest in Andela’s solutions.

Pipeline Management:

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales development role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
