We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Wilmington, North Carolina. Services may be provided in clinic or home-based settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
- Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
- Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session
- Participate in training and clinical supervision
- Work with and under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
- Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Required: Valid drivers license and transportation
- Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

Pay Rate: $21 - $35
