Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one interventions, teaching social and daily living skills, communication skills and behavior intervention for children with autism in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
- Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
- Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session
- Participate in training and clinical supervision
- Work with and under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
- Required: Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Required: Valid drivers license and transportation
- Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

Physical Demands:

Working Environment:
Pay Rate: up to $35 hourly.
