Already Autism Health is looking to hire a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to assist the training BCBA in training new staff without RBT experience in the Myrtle Beach location. The lead RBT demonstrates strong clinical skills, is an excellent communicator, and continuously strives to provide the best services to those that they serve.
What you will be expected to do:
  • Oversees and coordinates the training for new staff in the MB area after new hire orientation has been complete.
  • Provide feedback to the staff that are shadowing and training with the lead RBT.
  • Follow the tentative five-day training outline provided to the lead BCBA by the training BCBA/Regional Manager.
  • Communicates progress of staff being trained to the training BCBA/Regional Manager.
  • Maintains a billable requirement of approximately 30 hours per week.
  • Upon cancellations, shadow new staff with their assigned client’s.
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time to help with ensuring quality services are being provided within the MB area.
What you need to have:
  • Certification as a RBT
  • Must have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback to training staff.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers and, supervisors.
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Bard and ABI.
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Laws
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and appropriate boundaries with clients, families and stakeholders.

  • Energetic and outgoing with a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection to input behavioral data consistently is required.
  • Must be willing to undergo and pass a drug-screening and background checks.
