The lead RBT is responsible for assisting the training BCBA in training new staff without RBT experience in the Winston Salem location. The lead RBT demonstrates strong clinical skills, is an excellent communicator, and continuously strives to provide the best services to those that they serve. Responsibilites: • Oversees and coordinates the training for new staff in the MB area after new hire orientation has been complete. • Provide feedback to the staff that are shadowing and training with the lead RBT. • Follow the tentative five-day training outline provided to the lead BCBA by the training BCBA/Regional Manager. • Communicates progress of staff being trained to the training BCBA/Regional Manager. • Maintains a billable requirement of approximately 30 hours per week. • Upon cancellations, shadow new staff with their assigned client’s. • Other duties may be assigned from time to time to help with ensuring quality services are being provided within the Winston Salem, NC. Job Qualification: • Certification as an RBT. • Must have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback to training staff. • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers and, supervisors. • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Bard and ABI. • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Laws • Must maintain a professional appearance and appropriate boundaries with clients, families and stakeholders. Competencies; Candidates must be energetic and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential. Punctuality and attendance are essential to be successful in this role. Excellent communication skills and computer skills are necessary. Reliable internet connection to input behavioral data consistently is required. |
