Already Autism Health looking to for a Regional Clinical Director. The RCD will be responsible for managing a team of BCBA’s and is responsible for oversight of the clinical and administrative aspects of services provided within their assigned region. The RCD is an excellent communicator who is accessible, manages their time wisely and continually strives to create a positive work culture. What you’ll do: - Oversee and coordinate delivery of clinical programming to children and adolescents served by their assigned team of BCBAs
- Manage the overall performance of an assigned team of BCBAs including adherence to company policy, clinical standards
- Oversee and manage teams’ operating and clinical metrics including productivity of behavior analysts, percentage of supervision hours provided, delivery of parent trainings, timely note conversions, etc.
- Oversee cancellation reports of the provider and client and work with team to manage variances from expectations.
- Oversee and manage performance of Clinics. This includes managing performance of Clinic Supervisors and Lead BCBAs. This should include at minimum bi-weekly discussions of global client concerns within clinic, resources and needs of the clinic, increasing competencies of providers, and client-hour utilization.
- Provide direct oversight and responsible for compliance with applicable state, local and federal regulations, professional standards, certifications and accreditation
- Facilitate structured, at minimum individual bi-weekly meetings with each BCBA and is available for regular, ad-hoc and emergent meetings as necessary
- Work in conjunction and under the guidance of the Chief Quality Officer, helps facilitate responses to payor audits, licensing or other compliance related request for assigned region from time to time
- Participates in advocacy and community awareness events
- Assist in the hiring of clinical staff
- Maintains a productivity requirement of approximately 40-hours per month

What you will need to have: - Certification as a BCBA required with a preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience post certification providing services to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental disabilities.
- Masters or doctoral degree in Education, Psychology, or Behavior Analysis with applicable experience. Licensure or eligibility for licensure strongly preferred.
- Prior operational business or leadership experience preferred
- Experienced training, supervisory, and advocacy skills preferred
- Must have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback to clients and employees
