Staffing Coordinator

Already Autism Health is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help ensure the smooth operation of ABA programs by efficiently managing staffing needs and schedules. Collaborates with the clinical team to ensure client needs are met through staffing. As a Registered Behavior Technician, they will serve children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by providing applied behavior analysis therapy under the direction and supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are responsible for providing one-to-one treatment interventions to consumers in homes, community settings and ABI clinics.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of RBTs/BHTs for client sessions in assigned regions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff and client availability, preferences, and certifications.
  • Monitor existing caseloads and client needs to adjust staffing assignments as necessary.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for new staff, including scheduling interviews, discussing pay/benefits, and making job offers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and communicate with new hires to ensure the completion of required training and paperwork.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing staff regarding scheduling inquiries, changes, and concerns.
  • Liaise between clinical team members, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure clear communication and coordination of schedules.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to provide updates on staffing-related issues and collaborate on problem-solving strategies.
  • Utilize scheduling software, spreadsheets, and other tools to maintain accurate records of staff hours, client appointments, and session data.
  • Provide ABA therapy directly to one or more clients as assigned.
What you need to have:
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or completed the 40-hour RBT training curriculum and meet the following requirements:
  • At least 18 years old and have at minimum completed high school or GED equivalent.
  • Must have a passion for working with children with disabilities.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Registered Behavior Technician certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
What you will be asked to accomplish:
  • Provide individualized treatment to consumers with autism as defined within treatment and behavior plans and under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA.
  • Implement behavior reduction interventions and programming with individual consumers.
  • Utilize CentralReach practice management system to record, collect and maintain clinical data.
  • Maintain a daily assigned schedule for each child to ensure individualized behavioral needs are met.
  • Attend and participate in necessary meetings, supervision and training as required.
  • Assist the BCBA in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Monitoring and documenting the status of the recipient’s progress and the effectiveness of the strategies and interventions outlined in treatment and behavior plans
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of field by participating in continuing education activities.
  • Adhere to the rights of consumers in all activities and interactions involving persons participating in Autism Behavioral Institute programs.
  • Maintain all administrative and/or clinical records required in a clear, complete, accurate, and legible manner
  • Successfully demonstrates understanding and implementation of required Evidenced Based Practices utilized.
  • Completes all session notes and required documents the same day services were rendered
  • Arrives on time for scheduled sessions and communicates with ABI staff regarding any changes or variance that may prohibit you from working your assigned shift
  • Other duties and job responsibilities that may change from time to time based upon the needs of the organization and program requirements.
