Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Telehealth) PT and Evenings Autism Behavioral Institute is looking to add a salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing family of caregivers. BCBA's are leaders, responsible for the clinical and administrative performance of assigned clients and staff. Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. BCBA’s are expected to be ethical, reliable, punctual, organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform the requirements of this position. "Position is telehealth, Part-time and Evenings" POSITION AVAILABILITY: 2:00PM-8:00PM EST What you'll do: - Conduct behavioral assessments and designs treatment programs, skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Analyze client data and makes necessary program modifications
- Provide direct services to clients as clinically appropriate or necessary to successfully advance treatment progress
- Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) who implement treatment interventions and applied behavior analysis therapy directly to assigned clients
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration/ meetings with other ABI staff and community stakeholders
- Evaluate the performance of all assigned staff, providing training, and continual feedback regarding clinical and administrative adherence to ABI requirements
- Complete progress reports in accordance with ABI deadlines
- Conduct client re-assessments when necessary
- Conduct caregiver training as required
- Provide exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of conduct
- Maintain a minimum of 105 billable hours per month (for full time)
- Adhere to the rights of clients in all activities and interactions involving persons participating in Autism Behavioral Institute programs.
- Maintain all administrative and/or clinical records required in a clear, complete, accurate, and legible manner
- Successfully demonstrates understanding and implementation of required Evidenced Based Practices utilized
- Other duties and responsibilities may be required from time to time
You need to have: - Graduate degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Have knowledge in conducting assessments including, but not limited to FBA, VB-MAPP, ADOS-2, ABBLS, etc.
- Minimum two years’ experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
- Completion of 8-hour BACB supervisor training

- Safely handle aggressive and self-injurious behaviors, leverage theories and methods into appropriate behavioral strategies.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, caregivers, school personnel, and agency staff.
- Work independently to make decisions within the framework of established guidelines.
