The Problem We’re Solving:
Our ESG story isn’t being told with the rigour our investors demand. Three blind spots are holding us back:
- Governance Reporting: Takes too long. Depends on people who stop to research things they should already know cold.
- Environmental Footprint: Not fully mapped. Soil health, water use, and input impact remain unstructured at scale.
- Social Metrics: Scattered. Smallholder welfare and livelihood data lacks the structure our investors and donors expect.
We need someone who already knows 70% of the answers — and builds systems so the other 30% never needs solving twice.
Outcomes We Need:
- Own investor and donor ESG reporting end-to-end — independently, accurately, on time.
- Build ESG data infrastructure from field ops, finance & delivery — no manual chasing.
- Develop environmental metrics grounded in what’s measurable: soil, water, inputs.
- Lead smallholder welfare tracking: livelihoods, gender inclusion, community impact.
- Stay ahead of Nigerian ESG regulations + frameworks (GRI, SASB, SDG alignment).
- Be the internal ESG intelligence resource — the person others come to for answers.
