Summary job description
We are currently seeking an organizational development and leadership training consultant to assist the Blue Ventures team and partner NGOs/CSOs in Indonesia in strengthening their governance, leadership, and management systems. This consultancy will specifically design and deliver a tailored training program based on Blue Ventures’ Organizational Capacity Assessment, ensuring that partners are equipped to lead sustainable, community-driven marine conservation initiatives.
The expected outcome of the training is that participating NGOs/CSOs improve their governance practices, leadership capacity, and internal systems, enabling them to sustain and scale their impact.
