4. QUALIFICATIONS
4.1 At Minimum of a Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Business administration, Entrepreneurship, Youth Development, or a related field.
4.2 Certification or training in coaching, mentoring, or business development (e.g., youth entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or microenterprise support) is highly desirable.
4.3 Minimum 2 years of experience managing livelihood, community development projects or youth focused economic inclusion programs. Proven experience in data collection is an added advantage.
4.4 Strong understanding of microenterprise development, savings groups (VSLA), and basic financial literacy.
4.5 Proven track record in mentoring or coaching youth entrepreneurs, especially in rural or marginalized settings.
4.6 Experience in facilitating participatory community engagement and working with local governance structures.
4.7 Possess excellent interpersonal skills; candidates should be able to relate well with participants and Field officer.
4.8 Be self-driven, and able to work with minimal staff supervision
4.9 Must be a native of the respective ward you are applying for with working knowledge of English, Swahili and the local language.
4.10 Have a valid motorcycle license and has experience on how to ride a motorcycle
