About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Art Director with a strong background in design and content/video production supervision. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional conceptual skills and the ability to plan and execute various forms of creative brand assets.These assets will span across both graphic/visual layouts and film/motion content – with a strong content production component - supported by a wider team. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail.The candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with the Marketing team in ideation and the sell-in of concepts.Duties and Responsibilities - Provide strategic creative thinking & rationale to key project creative directions/key visuals development, based on brief objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative concepts and visual designs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Oversee the production of content and videos, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with junior graphic designers and clients to bring creative ideas to life.
- Provide effective supervision to junior creatives, guiding them toward excellence. Provide leadership & structure to the junior creatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate fresh ideas into creative strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Skills and Experience - Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio of both static and film/motion video work
- Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proven ability to oversee and guide video and content production processes.
- Exceptional conceptual and visual communication skills.

- Excellent design and visual storytelling skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
