Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, employee engagement, and plain language writing are all plusses, but not requirements for the role.

If you meet our desired criteria, you will have the opportunity to complete an online job simulation exercise to demonstrate your qualifications and also get a better idea of what the job will be like. The simulation will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
Candidates with the strongest simulations will be invited to a video interview. We will then conduct reference checks for finalists, to determine who’s the best fit for the position.
