  • Supporting data migration activities from legacy systems into new system(s) by preparing datasets, validating records, and resolving flagged data issues.

  • Preparing Salesforce, Formstack, and Pandadoc environments before each application kick-off, ensuring forms, workflows, and integrations are functional.

  • Testing application and onboarding forms (including ISA, career, and affordability inputs) ahead of each intake to confirm correct data capture.

  • Supporting system readiness at least three days before each application launch.

  • Assisting with post-intake audits by extracting data, identifying gaps, and supporting corrections within agreed timelines.

  • Supporting system updates required for new programme structures, cohorts, or PEI-specific workflows.

  • Collaborating with the Data team to support compliance-related workstream, i.e. affordability assessment MVPs using data warehouse outputs.

IT Systems Support & User Management

IT Security, Compliance & Controls Support

The IT Associate will support day-to-day IT security and compliance activities by:

  • Assisting with the rollout and maintenance of endpoint protection tools (e.g. antivirus and firewall software) on staff devices.

  • Supporting staff onboarding on IT security policies, data protection requirements, and acceptable-use guidelines.

  • Conducting basic compliance checks to ensure devices and systems meet security standards.

  • Supporting IT-related data and system requests for regulatory and compliance reporting (including NCR, FIC, and SACRRA), under guidance from the IT Manager and Compliance team.

  • Where required, supporting alignment with group-level IT security standards and reporting frameworks, without ownership of group systems or policies.
