Using an innovative Income Share Agreement (ISA) model, we cover students' tuition fees, allowing them to study without financial barriers. Graduates repay a portion of their income once employed, creating a sustainable funding cycle that supports future generations. Job Summary

Project / Task Name: Chancen South Africa Community Marketing

Detailed Description of Work:

Community Outreach and Awareness

  • Promote Chancen’s ISA funding opportunities within assigned communities.

  • Conduct outreach activities at schools, community centres, churches, libraries, and youth organisations.

  • Engage with unemployed youth, and prospective students who may benefit from the ISA programme.

  • Distribute approved marketing materials and provide accurate information about ISA-funded programmes.

Information Sessions and Recruitment

  • Organise and facilitate small information sessions or community briefings explaining:

    • What an ISA is

    • How the funding model works

    • Eligibility requirements

    • Available study programmes

Represent Chancen professionally at career events, community events, and youth gatherings.

Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage potential students interested in ISA-funded studies.

  • Collect and record contact details of interested candidates using approved channels.

Direct prospective students to complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form.

Conversion Support

  • Follow up with prospective students via WhatsApp, phone calls, or in-person meetings.

  • Provide guidance on completing the EOI form.

  • Address common questions about ISA terms, study options, and eligibility.

  • Encourage completion of the application process.

Community Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with teachers, youth leaders, community organisations, and local influencers who can refer prospective students.

  • Establish Chancen as a trusted opportunity provider in the community.

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Track outreach activities and leads generated.

  • Submit weekly reports detailing:

    • Number of outreach activities conducted

    • Number of prospective students engaged

    • Number of EOIs submitted

    • Challenges and opportunities identified and;

Any other tasks required by the employer to expand the reach of Income Share Agreements.


Requirements

Technical Skills, Competencies & Experience:

  • Matric (Grade 12) – required

  • Post-school qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) – advantageous but not mandatory

  • Background in fields such as:

    • Call Centre

    • Marketing

    • Communications

    • Education
