Who You Are:
- Licensed Physician in Texas with certification in Family, Adult or a related specialty.
- Experienced or passionate about diabetes care.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Committed to delivering compassionate, patient-first care.
Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized diabetes care plans.
- Educate patients on diabetes management, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
