We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partners whose primary goal is to align business objectives with HR strategies, plan/design and implement initiatives that drive business success through people. If you are the successful candidate, you will ensure that the company people agenda is embedded into the departments’ day to day operations as well as strategic directions. You are the go-to person for any first line HR concerns of employees.

What you'll do

  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR leadership to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Continuous collaboration with people managers, providing HR guidance
  • Partners in designing and implementing employee programs that will promote company culture and core values
  • Works closely with people managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Supports in monitoring and handling disciplinary action cases
  • Ensures compliance of the business unit with HR policies and other compliance requirements
  • Handles offboarding process
  • Supports in ensuring the effectiveness of the performance management system in the continuous improvement of performance levels of individuals, teams, and organization as a whole
  • Partners with the HR team to ensure learning and development compliance in the business unit
  • Ensures overall participation of the business units in HR and compliance programs
  • Leads HRBP side of new hire onboarding and its corresponding programs
  • Ensures communication and cascading of changes and directions being introduced in certain units and/or the whole organization
  • Monitors and ensures completion of manpower requirements in the business unit
  • All other HR-related ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary

What we are looking for

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent (required)
  • A minimum of 1 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with an ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledgeable in Labor relations is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal relations skills; able to deal with people at all levels of the organization
