Who we are
We are one of the earliest and largest crypto platforms in Southeast Asia offering exchange and wallet services to our users. Our product lineup also includes electronic payment service and e-wallet. Through our wallet, users can send money to anyone, pay for bills, shop online at over 100,000 merchants, receive money transfers from 200+ countries even without a bank account, and of course view and purchase cryptocurrencies.
Position Overview:
As a PR Intern at Coins.ph, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communications team under the marketing department. You will gain hands-on experience in monitoring media, analyzing data, creating content, conducting market research, and assisting in event coordination under the guidance of the Communications Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Media Pickups and Mentions: Track and report on media coverage of Coins.ph. Maintain a database of media mentions.
  • Collect and Analyze Data for CRM Initiatives:Gather and analyze data to support CRM strategies. Provide insights to improve customer engagement.
  • Create Copies for Internal and External Materials: Draft and edit content for newsletters, press releases, and social media. Ensure content aligns with Coins.ph's brand voice.
  • Conduct Market Research: Research trending web3, blockchain, and crypto topics. Provide summaries and reports on industry trends.
  • Vendor and Event Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers for events.
  • Assist in IRL Events:Support the planning and execution of events. Ensure smooth event operations and positive attendee experiences.

What we expect from you

  • Passion for Crypto and Web3: Deep passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the decentralized Web3 ecosystem, with a strong understanding of key concepts and trends.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and accommodate community events and engagement across different time zones.
  • Currently taking a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
