The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Print Manager to oversee the print product line in conjunction with the Chief Product Officer and lead the end-to-end execution of our print initiatives. This role will advise on the strategy and vision for the print product line, while owning the development and management of production schedules, proactively track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure print projects are delivered on time and within budget. As the central point of coordination across internal teams, print vendors, and customers, this individual will oversee file preparation, proof review cycles, logistics, and final delivery. They will ensure all materials meet quality, brand, and instructional standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
This role also serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding our print products (in coordination with customers’ account managers), providing clear and consistent communication regarding timelines, specifications, and delivery expectations. They oversee shipping schedules and logistics to guarantee on-time delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any production or distribution issues while communicating transparent resolution plans to stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
Print Product Ownership
-Lead the print strategy, vision, roadmap, and P&L
-Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and margin targets for the print lineIdentify growth opportunities and product expansions
-Lead end-to-end print product development lifecycle (concept, design, editorial, composite, production, launch, iteration)
Internal Print Coordination
-Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for print projects and proactively manage risks or delays
-Manage content, design and proof review cycles to ensure timely approvals while maintaining version control and documentation across print assets
-Communicate production status updates to internal stakeholders
-Coordinate and monitor print runs as needed
-Ensure final products meet quality, brand, and instructional standards
-Track production costs and support budget reconciliation
-Manage relationship with print and ship vendor, including issue resolution and contract negotiations
Customer-facing Operations
-Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding our print products (in coordination with customers’ account managers), including production timelines, specifications, and delivery expectations
-Ensure alignment between customer requirements and production capabilities
-Oversee shipping schedules and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to customers
-Proactively address production or delivery issues and communicate resolution plans
Qualifications
-Bachelors degree required
-3 - 5+ years of experience in print production or a similar role highly preferred
-Strong understanding of print workflows and specifications
-Experience successfully managing customer communications and delivery timelines
-Familiarity with shipping/logistics coordination
-Proficiency in project management tools
-Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent time-management skills
Physical & Additional Requirements
-This role involves prolonged periods in a stationary position at a desk and working on a computer
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
