Position Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to support the daily financial operations of the Complete Farmer Finance team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting while maintaining robust internal controls and supporting the company’s financial operations.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with internal stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Do:
- Post transactions accurately into QuickBooks and maintain up-to-date ledgers
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain orderly and complete finance filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Support statutory compliance including tax filings, SSNIT, and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare and update reconciliations (e.g., bank, vendor, receivables)
- Support stock counts and perform reconciliations between inventory and finance records
- Provide documentation and support during audits and inspections
- Assist in preparing schedules and other supporting documents for financial reports
- Travel to project or fulfilment sites when required to support finance operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ICAG, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting certification (part-qualified or fully qualified)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Knowledge of Ghana tax and compliance requirements is a plus
- Basic data analysis skills (e.g., using Excel or Power BI for trend analysis, dashboards, or summaries) will be an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and discretion
