Role Overview:
We are seeking qualified National Service Personnel to support the Operations Department. The ideal candidates will be proactive, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in agricultural operations, supply chain management, and logistics. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to impactful projects that support farmers and agricultural productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring operational activities across the organization.
- Support logistics and supply chain process.
- Collect, analyse, and report operational data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Work closely with teams to ensure timely execution of field operations and project activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be part of the 2025 graduating class and eligible for the National Service Scheme.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Keen interest in agriculture and operational processes.
