Role Summary
We’re looking for a Mid–Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, polished user experiences
across our digital products. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers,
Engineers, and QA to turn customer and business needs into clear user flows, wireframes,
prototypes, and high-quality UI designs. This role requires strong fundamentals in both UX
thinking and technical UI craft—especially layout systems, grids, spacing, typography, and
consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Experience Design
● Own UX design for key product areas: discovery, flows, information architecture, and
interaction patterns.
● Translate requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
● Produce high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals and brand direction.
● Ensure design consistency across web and mobile experiences.
Technical UI Craft (Layout, Grids, Spacing)
● Apply strong layout principles: grid systems, spacing scales, alignment, visual
rhythm, typography hierarchy, and responsive design.
● Create designs that are implementable and consistent with modern front-end systems
(components, constraints, reusable patterns).
● Define and maintain spacing/tokens and component specs to reduce ambiguity during
build.
● Review implemented UI and provide feedback to ensure high fidelity and polish.
Research & Validation
● Conduct lightweight user research (interviews, usability tests) to validate assumptions
and reduce rework.
● Use product feedback and analytics (where available) to identify friction and
opportunities.
● Iterate designs based on learnings and measurable outcomes.

Collaboration & Delivery
● Partner with Product Owners and PMs to clarify scope, define acceptance criteria, and
agree on success metrics.
● Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and delivered with
quality.
● Support QA and release cycles with design validation and sign-off.
Design Systems & Standards
● Contribute to or help build a design system: components, patterns, documentation, and
accessibility guidelines.
● Maintain clean Figma files: reusable components, variants, auto-layout, naming
conventions, and clear handoff specs.
● Apply accessibility-aware design thinking (contrast, hierarchy, interactions) and align with
best practices.

Required Qualifications
● Excellent proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, component variants, and
reusable libraries.
● 3–6+ years of UX/product design experience (mid–senior level).
● Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking (problem framing → exploration →
execution → iteration).
● Strong technical UI fundamentals: grids, spacing systems, typography, layout,
responsiveness, and consistency.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams (product + engineering) in Agile
environments.
● Strong communication skills: can explain design rationale and incorporate feedback
effectively.
