Dept/Programme: Systems Demonstration – South Hub
Hiring Manager: Associate Lead – South Hub
Job Location: Bangalore (with travel as required)
Salary: Rs. 6 lakhs to 6.6 lakhs per annum

Role Summary
As Program Associate – System Demonstration (South Hub), you will support the
implementation, coordination, and documentation of various education transformation
projects across Karnataka and Telangana. This role requires a blend of administrative
efficiency, field coordination, and storytelling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Impact Support
• Collect school and HM details for field data.
• Maintain and share training attendance, feedback, and Brookings data.
• Coordinate with MEL for tool support and timely data entry.
• Ensure timely updates of templates and reporting needs.
2. Data Tracking
• Track and report budget vs actual expenses.
• Maintain documentation (hard/soft) for training data.
• Update trackers for MEL and training outcomes.
3. Social Media Advocacy
• Coordinate content (videos, blogs, discussions) for social media.
• Cover field events and curate narratives from the ground.
4. Logistics Support
• Arrange logistics (venue, food, materials, souvenirs).
• Coordinate communications with HMs and school partners.
5. Finance Support
• Serve as RAPTECH POC for South Hub (voucher and finance support).
• Train and assist team in expense claims and submission.
• Submit timely vouchers, bills, and maintain tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2–3 years experience in admin or coordination roles (non-profit preferred)
• Strong alignment with Dream a Dream’s values (equity, inclusion, dignity)
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel , Zoom, collaborative tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn, reflect and receive feedback
• Sensitivity to youth and diverse contexts
