About Us
We believe every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential — and that strong foundations in literacy and numeracy are where this begins.
EIDU partners with governments to strengthen public education systems at scale. Our technology-enabled platform integrates proven educational interventions and supports learners, teachers, education officers, and ministry staff within national systems.
Today, we work with 41 governments and reach nearly 800,000 students across Kenya and Nigeria, with ambitions to reach tens of millions more. A randomized controlled trial found a 0.53 standard deviation improvement in learning outcomes — placing EIDU among the top 10% of education interventions in low- and middle-income countries.
We combine analytical rigor, entrepreneurial drive, and a strong bias toward disciplined execution. As we scale, we are building an organization capable of turning strategy into measurable impact at national scale.
EIDU is funded by leading development agencies, foundations, and impact investors.

Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with our Head of Communications to position EIDU as a thought leader in education innovation and equity. You represent EIDU credibly in global education forums, conferences, and media.
Translate evidence into actionable recommendations for policymakers together with our Government Relations team.
Collaborate with local partners, governments, and international organizations.
Translating Impact into Narrative:
Equip our fundraising and communications teams with compelling evidence, narratives, and impact reporting that inspire donor confidence and deepen engagement.
Translate EIDU's outcomes into clear, credible stories that resonate across audiences, from policymakers to philanthropic networks.
Partner closely with internal operations, government, fundraising and external communications teams to ensure that impact data informs strategy.
