About The Role

Farmz2u is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our growing organization. You will collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive financial support across a broad spectrum of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare insightful monthly variance reports, analyze financial data, and communicate variances to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with payroll partners and process expense claims meticulously, maintaining accurate reimbursement records.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations and confirm tax calculations and remittances.
  • Execute month-end closing activities and generate reports.
  • Assist in developing and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive business productivity.
  • Guarantee the timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings and other external reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of experience working as an Accountant, Finance Associate, or Auditor.
  • Possess a professional accounting qualification like ACA, ACCA, or ICAN.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
