This role's purpose is singular and non-negotiable: SELL, CLOSE DEALS, AND DRIVE REVENUE.
We are looking for a highly ambitious, results-obsessed, and relentlessly self-motivated individual whose sole measure of success is closed sales and new revenue models launched. You must be a versatile closer who thrives in a high-speed environment, capable of leading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing with exceptional speed and effectiveness.
If you do not consistently close sales and hit aggressive targets, this job is not for you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your core duties revolve around driving maximum sales velocity and generating new revenue streams:
High-Velocity Deal Closure and Revenue Generation
- Own and exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets across the agricultural supply chain (Growers, Suppliers, Buyers).
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to final contract negotiation and signing with a focus on speed and efficiency. You are expected to move deals faster than the competition.
- Spend significant time in the field, actively engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and securing commitments immediately. Sales happen on the ground, not just from the office.
- Actively identify, pilot, and scale new business and revenue models leveraging our tech platform to unlock untapped commercial opportunities.
Strategic Prospecting and Lead Ownership
- Proactively and aggressively hunt for high-value leads using market intelligence, cold outreach, and network expansion.
- Rapidly qualify prospects based on strict commercial criteria, ruthlessly prioritizing efforts on leads with the highest probability and value for immediate closure.
- Develop and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the commercial value of our tech-enabled solutions.
Performance Leadership and Accountability
- Maintain mastery of the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring every lead status, interaction, and forecast is accurate and reflects the urgent need to close.
- Constantly analyze conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline health to implement immediate adjustments needed to hit and exceed targets.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deal handover and flawless service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction to secure repeat business.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
- 3-4+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable, quantifiable track record of exceeding ambitious sales quotas and quickly closing high-value deals.
- Proven success in high-velocity, full-cycle sales where personal effort and drive were the key determinants of success.
- Experience in the B2B sector, Technology/SaaS, or Agriculture/Supply Chain is highly preferred, but aggressive sales success in any industry is paramount.
- You must possess an internal fire to achieve, coupled with a clear, driven desire for rapid professional and financial growth linked directly to sales performance.
- Ability to pivot rapidly between strategic targeting and aggressive on-ground closing tactics. Must be resilient to rejection and relentless in pursuit of the sale.
- Exceptional ability to build instant rapport, overcome objections, and negotiate terms that lead to swift, profitable closure.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding schedule, generate your own opportunities, and lead the sales process autonomously.
