F4E is growing quickly. Our mission is to scale a model that prioritises efficient supply chain management and sustainable sourcing, so we can continue lowering the cost of school meals. We have served over 160 million meals since 2012 and are expanding to reach 1 million learned in Kenya by 2027 and another 2 million across Africa by 2030.
About the RoleFood4Education is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a highly motivated Development Analyst to support our expansion. The Development Analyst role is an entry-level position for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional. This position provides critical support across fundraising operations, research, proposal development, and reporting, while offering strong exposure to institutional fundraising. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in international development or fundraising.
Key Responsibilities -
Process Improvement & Tools (30%)
Support development and implementation of SOPs, tracking tools, dashboards, and templates.
Identify inefficiencies in fundraising workflows.
Support automation and standardisation where possible.

Reporting & Documentation (25%)
Draft sections of donor reports and proposals.
Maintain document repositories and version control.
Track deadlines and compliance milestones.

Data Management & CRM (20%)
Maintain accurate donor records, pipelines, and reporting trackers.
Generate regular reports on fundraising performance and pipeline health.
Ensure data integrity and timely updates.

Donor Research & Prospecting (15%)
Plan all logistics for donor visits, coordinating closely with the visit lead.
Research potential donors, funding trends, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain updated donor intelligence and opportunity mapping.
Support segmentation and prioritisation of prospects.

Financial & Impact Analysis (10%)
Support basic budget analysis and funding scenarios.
Compile impact data, KPIs, and narrative inputs for proposals and reports.
Support tracking of donor-specific indicators and compliance requirements.
