Marketing and Recruitment Intern

Internship Period: 6 months and full-time preferred (open to part-time at least 3 days a week)

Your Impact
We are looking for a proactive, independent intern who values creativity and operational excellence. In this role, you will support learner recruitment by responding to enquiries from jobseekers, guiding them through our programme offerings, and assisting with outreach. You will also help create marketing materials (brochures, ads, simple videos) and support general marketing operations, including admin tasks and event coordination.

What You Will Do
- Ensure prompt, professional and friendly management of queries across various channels (e.g. email, phone, social media, mailboxes, whatsapp)
- Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programmes (tech and non-tech) and ensure alignment with organisational targets
- Create visual collaterals and marketing materials (including socials, printed media collaterals, website design, etc.)
- Copywriting content for organisation communication channels (including newsletters, social media captions, website copies, blog posts, press pages, etc.)
- Media monitoring and social listening of competitors and landscape
- Assist in organising recruitment and marketing events
- Support the team with programme-centric events (e.g. programme information sessions, graduate career fairs, and employer networking events)
- Any other organisational support tasks assigned by supervisor

Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate programme from any discipline, bonus if from a marketing or communications background (also open to graduates/career switchers or individuals looking for internship experience)
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to create both written and visual content for marketing and communications, experience preferred
- Proficient in Canva or other content creation tools. Good to have basic video editing skills (eg. CapCut, Canva Video Editor or other simple editing tools)
- Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, familiarity with Excel, data entry, database management
