The Opportunity

The Curriculum Solutions Administrator directly supports the successful management and ongoing maintenance of our curriculum for academic programs and products in multiple modalities. You will be responsible for a myriad of endeavors needed to ensure the successful launch of new and revised high quality academic offerings. You will ensure compliance with the academic governance process, maintain data accuracy in multiple systems, and work with numerous partners to support the interoperability of curriculum. The Curriculum Solutions Administrator coordinates the collection of all proposal relevant data for new and revised programs and products and ensures that governance committees receive program proposals and information well in advance of meetings to make informed decisions. You will be a liaison for governance and curriculum solutions and for all UC curriculum solution needs. This position is located onsite in Manchester, NH and reports to the Director of Scheduling, Curriculum, and Academic Management.

In this Role You'll Get To:

  • Be a contact and resource for governance related curriculum items with Marketing, Academics, Office of the University Registrar, the academic teams, and other departments.
  • Complete tactical planning of multiple new and revised program launches and track their status. Ensure the accuracy of our program and course information within Kuali and the student information system by working with multiple departments including the Registrar, AQAS office, and Marketing.
  • Ensure governance committee members receive program proposals in advance of meetings. Develop governance related reference materials. Produce and distribute agenda and minutes for University Campus curriculum committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with our academic units to guide curriculum related deliverables.
  • Ensure curriculum proposals are submitted on time following catalog processing and activation deadlines, reflecting accurate and complete modality information.
  • Audit new and revised curriculum changes to identify and remedy against any negative impacts to students and systems
  • Review UCC documentation to ensure new and revised curriculum items are addressed at monthly governance meetings promptly, and reflect the intentions of the academic units.
  • Develop work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation to standardize governance processes within University Campus.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure governance processes are efficient, well-managed, understood, and produce high-quality results.
  • Help with academic capacity management tracking for all academic governance proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with the academic governance process.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What we're Looking For:

  • Three years related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience developing working relationships with partners and leadership
  • Experience managing multiple assignments with quality, accuracy, and speed.
  • Project management experience.
