The Opportunity

As Faculty Support and Communications Facilitator, you will work within the Center for Online Learning and Teaching (COLT) to provide communications support, reporting to the Director of Faculty Support and Communications. You will partner with other teams across the university to provide email communications to online faculty. The primary responsibility of this role is to send and update faculty communications that align with a prescribed communication plan and ad hoc communications. You will maintain the communications schedule and associated activities to support faculty. This role is remote-friendly. #LI-Remote

In this role You'll Get To:

  • Provide communication support which includes writing, editing, and sending email communications through an email automation system
  • Use PowerBI and internal information systems to maintain accurate faculty lists and provide communication data points
  • Help maintain communication updates within the adjunct faculty portal site
  • Manage projects to ensure daily workflows are prioritized and completed within prescribed time frames
  • Manage internal and external communications assets, including photos, video footage, written communications
  • Develop communication plans that align with projects
  • Maintain email campaign schedule
  • Collaborate with other SNHU departments/teams to address communication needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in higher education
  • Experience with an email automation system (Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Written and oral communications capabilities, and editorial skills
  • The ability to work with partners both one-on-one and in a team environment
  • Experience manipulating, summarizing, and analyzing data
