The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Talent Development Learning Delivery and Operations, you will lead the Operations Team. You will collaborate, lead, and coach. You complete tactical work, such as budget and contracts oversight, event planning, and project management. You will have management oversight for the Talent Development work management system. You will ensure Operations Team work and goals agree with the goals of Talent Development.

In this Role You'll Get To:

  • Lead the Talent Development Operations Team through coaching team members to further Talent Development’s mission, vision, and priorities.
  • Convey team strategy and desired outcomes to team members to provide clarity, build commitment, and connect to daily work.
  • Be a project lead or project sponsor to help achieve defined goals within scope, time, budget, and people resources.
  • Build relationships within and outside the Talent Development team to help achieve individual and team goals.
  • Oversee the TD budget, providing insights and guidance to TD budget owners and TD leadership on how to best maintain a fiscally responsible budget, track expenses by ledger account, and oversee budget changes.
  • Oversee 50+ contracts (MSAs, SOWs, ICAs, Speaker Agreements, COIs, NDAs), providing process support to TD team members while partnering with important SNHU departments, such as Procurement. Maintain accurate records of all TD contracts.
  • Coordinate with TD leaders to organize and provide event planning support for TD team-wide meetings and on-site events.

What we're Looking For:

  • 2 years operations experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Collaboration and listening skills
  • Coaching and growth mindset
  • Experience with Workday system for budget and procurement
  • Project management
