This position is based in the following office location:

Manchester, NH

The Opportunity

The Marketing Program Manager serves as a bridge between the creative and web teams, and a variety business partners across the university. You will work with multiple teams and disciplines to accomplish project goals. This is a temporary position.

You will:

  • Understand business objectives and translating into actionable creative concepts with creative team
  • Strategize with internal partners to create creative solutions to challenges
  • Influence execution strategies across multiple platforms, media, and channels
  • Project implementation/management responsibilities (meetings, creative review, meeting summaries, project prioritization, project status, and debriefs)
  • Thoroughly understand target audiences and competition
  • Provide quality assurance on timelines and creative deliverables
  • Gather insights from completed projects to implement for future project success
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. Job responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' of marketing/agency management experience
  • Superior, confident communication both written and verbal, to audiences of all levels
  • Must be an excellent multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management software (JIRA, FunctionPoint, SmartSheet, etc)
  • PMP, CSPO and CSM certified a plus
