The Opportunity

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a remote position that develops business and operational metrics and analysis that directly support SNHU's DEI initiatives. You will report to the Associate VP of Analytics and work on a variety of projects, including tracking targets for Bi-POC student enrollment, graduation rates, and graduate count. #LI-Remote

In this Role You'll Get To:

  • Develop data-driven, insightful analyses to answer questions, with a focus on cause-and-effect relationships, address our challenges or identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Test the results for strategic initiatives/pilots to help improve DEI population outcomes.
  • Build data models and measuring results for projects set up under the Social Impact umbrella.
  • Present visualizations and results of qualitative and quantitative analyses to internal and external partners.
  • Work with your stakeholders to interpret analysis results with a focus on actionable next steps.
  • Perform statistical or analytical modeling on a project-by-project basis.
  • Configure and automate datasets and dashboards to support reporting requirements.
  • Advise and assist stakeholders in determining the appropriate analytical methodologies to address questions/problems/objectives.
  • Help us provide consultation, training, and technical assistance to internal clients.

What we're Looking For:

  • Ten years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, computer science, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
  • Coding and data visualization experience
  • Experience with PowerBI, SQL Server, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency with SQL, R, and Python
  • Knowledge of database structures and database querying tools
  • Knowledge of Data science and machine learning methodologies and techniques
  • Experience presenting to both internal and external partners with varying technical skills to help us deliver complex ideas to all audiences.
  • Capability to manage complex workloads and tasks with constantly changing demands
