The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Office Assistant for Manchester North Little League. In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our company, ensuring smooth communication and keeping our office running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage our calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Organize and maintain fi ling systems (both physical and digital) for efficient document retrieval.
  • Assist with data entry and general document management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in SNHU. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively while juggling academic commitments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) A willingness to learn new things and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to
    work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
  • Experience in an office environment (previous internship, volunteer work, etc.) a plus.

Work Schedule: 10 hours per week
