The opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, the Internal Program Manager of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will help build the Office of Diversity and Inclusion's vision by managing important programs and ensuring awareness and understanding of departments within a matrixed organizational structure.

You will partner with the Chief Diversity Officer to develop, organize, coordinate, and execute projects and programs that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion for employees and learners at SNHU. You will collaborate with the Chief Diversity Officer to respond to requests for subject matter expertise and consultation, analyze and visualize disaggregated data, and promote equity design and restorative practices. This position is eligible for remote work.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Chief Diversity Officer to analyze complex business issues, identify opportunities and risks, and develop recommendations
  • Be the primary contact to university partners, and communicate the Office of Diversity and Inclusion's vision and priorities
  • Manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and successful completion
  • Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making and guide accountability
  • Build relationships with important partners, including senior leaders and external partners.
  • Prepare briefing materials and coordinate meetings.
  • Represent the Office of Diversity and Inclusion on SNHU committees.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in a strategic EDI role with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in place of degree acceptable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EDI target audiences, trends, and threats
  • Proficiency in delivering executive-level EDI presentations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Enthusiastic team player and collaborator executive-level

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $55,099.00 - $88,176.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $60,886.00 - $82,375.00.
