The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Wellness Office Assistant Supervisor. This student will oversee administrative tasks, coordinate office assistants, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role serves as a bridge between management and support staff, enhancing efficiency and supporting the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise office assistants and assign daily tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure high-quality work.
- Offer constructive feedback.
Administrative Oversight:
- Monitor office workflows and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication channels and reinforce updates and feedback.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve administrative challenges when Office Manager is not available.
Quality Assurance:
- Review work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and enforce organizational standards for office operations.
Special Projects:
- Assist with planning and executing special events or projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
