The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is hiring an Assistant Registrar I for student records. This is a hybrid, or remote position located in Manchester, NH and reports to the Sr. Assistant Registrar. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the Student Records and Conferral Teams, which are responsible for student records up to the completion of the program. You will support the Office of the University Registrar in functions related to general student information, academic history and transcripts, academic standing, enrollment reporting, and:

  • Provide customer service while serving on the "front lines" of the main Registrar telephone line as a periodic "Go to Person" (G2P) and when working on campus with our students, faculty, and staff.
  • Manage assigned commencement responsibilities.
  • Be a reliable resource for our team members.

What you'll do:

  • Manage all aspects of enrollment and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance per the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) policies.
  • Oversee and update system requirements for campus registration week.
  • Identify, correct, and collaborate to mitigate/correct data inaccuracies and process inefficiencies to ensure accurate learner records.
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Complete 3 successful years of professional office administration experience.
  • Experience working collaboratively in an administrative setting under time constraints.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $46,894.00 - $75,045.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $51,878.00 - $70,107.00.
