The opportunity
As the Learning Resource Vendor Associate, you will recommend learning resources for courses of study in their respective content area or project focus. You will report to the Learning Resource Vendor Manager Team Lead. You'll collaborate with curriculum teams on their program development projects and help create the vision for the next generation of learning resources for the university. You'll be the main relationship conduit and representative for third-party academic vendors within the online university.
You will maintain current knowledge in their respective content area(s) and learn new technology as it becomes available.

What you'll do:
- Evaluate learning resources that guide the mastery of university program competencies.
- Work with academic team(s) to research and recommend resources and products that are available and that might be available in the coming months and quarters.
- Manage a business relationship with assigned vendors that promotes an innovative student experience to support organizational student experience goals.
- Ensure accuracy and availability of learning resources, Global Campus Vendor Catalog, and Resource Support Documentation
- Provide access to and troubleshoot the use of and access to digital courseware and resources for staff, faculty, and students.
- Investigate and compile learning resource related data to measure and identify trends.
- Communicate with internal and external partners, and interface with other team members in academic leadership, academic programs, COLT, and Learning Science and Assessment for projects and improvements.
- Coordinate different learning resource projects including their planning, execution, tracking, and implementation.
- Communicate project progress and issues to partners in an.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with all appropriate internal and external entities to promote a positive student experience.
- Help resolve issues related to student, staff, or access.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of professional work experience in higher-education, customer service, data entry, or technology related field.
- Digital navigation, data entry, and quality assurance.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $46,894.00 - $75,045.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $51,878.00 - $70,107.00.
