The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Office Assistant for the School of Arts, Sciences and Education. This role will be responsible for supporting the Dean's Office with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

● Maintaining the supply stock and organizing the Belknap project room

● Central reporting person for building issues
● Making popcorn for events
● Supporting faculty and clubs when setting up for events
● Directing students and visitors to rooms and offices within Belknap
● Support the Dean’s Suite with classroom schedule postings
● Maintain the “borrowed text” locked cabinet
● Maintain the classroom supplies (caddies, poster paper)
● Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Enrollment in classes within a degree program at SNHU

  • Federal Work-Study as part of the financial aid package

  • Reliable

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
