The opportunity

The Career Services Assistant collaborates with the Employment Outcomes Analyst to increase response rates to our post-graduate labor market outcomes survey. Main duties include outbound phone calls to encourage, and if necessary, assist graduates’ completion of the survey, administrative tasks such as data input and management and other special projects and initiatives as assigned. Experience with customer service and office routines, basic computer, email, and telephone skills, and ability to multi-task is preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills that includes verbal and written communication
- Handle a high volume of outbound phone calls
- Update client information with a strong attention to detail
- Utilize Unify and other computer programs, Web Based Applications and Windows
- Multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Manage confidential, sensitive, and critical client information

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a full-time enrolled student in an online or campus undergraduate/graduate program.
- Effective evidence of strong oral and written communication skills, an ability to work independently. Flexibility, creativity, maturity in judgement, and ability to work with a variety of constituents are also important in this role
Work Hours:
The office is open 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. All shifts will be given to maximize effectiveness in the performance of duties. Hours will not exceed 10 hours per week.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
