The opportunity
The Systems and Support Analyst, a member of the Systems and Support team in Student Financial Services, will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for several systems used in Student Financial Services, such as Perceptive Content, Microsoft SharePoint and Federal Student Aid websites. The Systems and Support Analyst will perform configuration and maintenance tasks to support operations. The Systems and Support Analyst will also perform support tasks for the daily operations involved in the student aid experience, serve as Secondary Destination Point Administrator for Federal Student Aid website access, and support the Unify CRM system. You will report to the Assoc. Director of Systems and Support Student Financial Services. This is a remote friendly Dual-Placed role.
In this role:
- You will configure and shape systems used in Student Financial Services to support student service, daily operations and processing.
- You will be Subject Matter Expert(SME) for the document scanning and imaging process in Perceptive Content software.
- You will review, test, and troubleshoot product updates and annual releases.
- You will create excellence in service through ongoing department support and calibration.
- You will contribute to key initiatives to collaborate with your team to design and optimize all financial aid practices.
- You will challenge thinking and processes to drive, deliver, and facilitate system initiatives and solutions.
- you will develop an understanding of the interdependencies and sharing of data within system integrations.
- You will complete daily support tasks connected to the student aid experience.
- You will be Secondary Destination Point Administrator and assign and maintain Federal Student Aid site access for staff, including management of paper access forms and physical FSA tokens.
- You will support the Unify CRM system as needed.
- You will provide direct, open, and honest feedback to promote engagement, collaboration, and communication to increase success.
- You may perform other related tasks to support Student Financial Services and University goals.
What we're looking for:
- HSD/GED and 3+ years or related work experience in Financial Aid.
- Three years of experience in student financial aid administration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate knowledge of system platform(s) in Student Financial Services, such as Perceptive Content, Microsoft SharePoint, Unify and Federal Student Aid websites.
- A creative mindset to promote and improve systematic thinking, daily operations, and practice.
- Interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Outlook.
- Employment is dependent upon successful access to the National Student Loan Data System, which requires all federal student loans to be in good standing and not in default and a credit check to review that student loans are not in default.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $51,608.00 - $82,590.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $57,027.00 - $77,155.00.
