The opportunity

The Administrative Manager II is an important member of the Office of the President's leadership support team, providing advanced operational and administrative support to C-suite leaders and their teams. You will be an liaison for other internal departments, assist leaders with assignments, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage communication.

Additionally, you will perform a variety of complex tasks, including performing data analysis, compiling reports, and assignments that may involve confidentiality and discretion. You will be a trusted operational partner to senior leaders, managing complex coordination across internal and external partners, supporting contract and procurement processes. You will work within a collaborative team of administrative professionals, reporting to the Chief of Staff. #LI-Hybrid

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and their teams.
  • Assist leaders with multifaceted projects, involving confidential or complex information.
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations, or other documents as needed.
  • Gather, assemble, and analyze data from a variety of sources.
  • Review problems and determine appropriate methods of resolution
  • Oversee fiscal department budget. Manage expenses based on approved allocation of department budget, approve purchases, reallocate funds as required, and oversee reconciliation.
  • Manage communication to staff and various departments through email distribution, memos, and letters.
  • Be a liaison for other internal departments at SNHU.
  • Assist team with special meetings and events to include holiday events, staff retreats, and leadership meetings. Prepare agendas as needed.
  • Work with other departmental administrative managers to cross coordinate meetings and sessions with other department executives and managers.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including a combination of administrative assistance and experience supporting senior or executive level leaders through responsibilities such as managing calendars, preparing agendas, managing communications, preparing presentations and producing reports.
  • Associate degree
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $58,455.00 - $93,546.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $64,593.00 - $87,391.00.
