The Residence Life team at Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a full time, 10 month Residence Director in the Office of Residence Life. The Residence Director would manage the daily housing operations of one residential area of campus. They would also serve in the on-call rotation and work in partnership with student staff and residential students. The goal of this partnership is to create safe and inclusive communities that speak to our values of compassion, community, and collaboration. You would live and work onsite, engaging with students and staff to build positive communities within their residential area of oversight. You would promote learning initiatives as a part of our education plan, and support and empower students through their overall college experience. This role does have occasional after-hours and weekend requirements. This is a 10-month annual position, working August 1st to June 1st each year.
Student Interactions and Engagement
Pursue relationships with residents in your area’s community to support their goals, needs, issues, and concerns
Team Membership and Supervision
Assist students in their on-campus living experience through administrative tasks, including: ID card access, key assignments, room assignments and switches, room condition reports, and overall facilities management
This position follows an academic calendar and is active for 10 months out of the year, from August 15th to June 15th. The salary range listed in the compensation section below will be prorated based on a 10-month work year. This prorated range is 44,477.67 - $60,175.67.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $48,301.00 - $77,296.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $53,373.00 - $72,210.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
