The Director of Africa Programs is a key member of the Global Programs team who works closely with staff across countries to develop and implement GHC’s newest fellowship, the Africa Leadership Accelerator (ALA), and to build out GHC’s customized leadership and management development programs for global health organizations. This role oversees all aspects of the ALA, including fellow recruitment and selection, onboarding, monthly virtual learning series, and in-person retreats and events. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring that fellows have an impactful experience from the moment they are accepted as GHC fellows to the day they complete the fellowship and transition into our alumni community.
