Health In Harmony Advancement and Engagement Manager Remote · Full time

Health In Harmony (HIH) is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Advancement and Engagement Manager with demonstrated success in the nonprofit sector, ideally in climate justice or Planetary Health, to lead and expand both our institutional and individual giving processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment across all revenue streams. This pivotal role requires a highly self-directed professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment that works closely and cross-collaboratively with the Communications, Advocacy, and Finance teams. Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Director, the Advancement and Engagement Manager will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that deepen donor engagement, build and steward a diverse portfolio of supporters, and drive contributions in alignment with HIH’s ambitious growth goals. This position also plays a key role in amplifying the organization’s visibility and philanthropic footprint across HIH communications channels and at global convenings and events.

About Health In Harmony

HIH operates at the nexus of human well-being, environmental stewardship, and Indigenous leadership. We are protecting our climate and community wellbeing in three ways: addressing the root causes of deforestation, centering Indigenous leadership and sovereignty, and by scaling our global model for planetary health. Without action, global temperatures will rise at least 1.5 degrees Celsius over pre-industrial averages by 2030, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Health In Harmony employs human-centered design techniques to develop trust and advance solutions to global heating and the preservation of its diverse ecosystems. Reversing deforestation is Health In Harmony's first priority and distributes the majority of the resources it acquires to increase access to primary healthcare, organic farming skills, reforestation efforts, and small business creation.
