Hello Tractor has grown significantly in a short span of time, with a marketplace of 3,000+ connected devices servicing over a half million smallholder farmers in 13 countries in Africa, 3 countries in Asia, and 2 in the Caribbean and Central America. In 2022, we launched a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) tractor financing product to address the severe deficit of mechanized assets in these economies, unlocking low risk, low-cost tractor financing for rural, under-banked entrepreneurs servicing smallholder farmers. The next phase of this PAYG work involves setting up and operationalizing strategically located hubs to better serve our customers, improve the number of mechanized engagements per acre, and increase the take rate for Hello Tractor.

We’re seeking a Chief Commercial Office (CCO) to join our team of high-performing professionals to lead the commercial work and develop systems that will empower our growth. As the CCO, you will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on the company strategy, operations, and positioning. You will have proven experience fundraising, managing a P&L, leading high-performing teams, executing on data-led strategies, and adapting to change. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication, flexibility and excellent presentation skills.
